Hi! I am Chantel and ​​I am a Mum of 2 very energetic young children and one brand new squish, a Primary School teacher and a family photographer based in Mango Hill, north of Brisbane. I have a new found love of camping and discovering new places to take the family camping and exploring. The best part is sitting around the campfire at the end of the day with some toasted marshmallows. As long as there are hot showers and cold wine (I am still working on becoming a 'real camper') I am a pretty happy camper. During the week you will find me catching up on a netflix series (if you know of any amazing ones I must watch please let me know!) running around after the kids or in the kitchen cooking up a storm. I just love trying out new recipes.
As a photographer and a mother I believe memories should last a lifetime. From your beautiful bump to the smallest details of your newborns eyelashes, their tiny fingers curled around yours, or their sweet little pout as they sleep. The first year passing in a blur as they learn to live in this brand new world ~ rolling, sitting, crawling, walking. First teeth, first haircuts, first steps, first words...before you know it they have their first day at school. Over time these memories begin to fade and some may even disappear and I want to make sure that you have beautiful photographs to look back on for many years to come to ensure they do not disappear for you. It is for this reason I create artwork that freezes time, captures emotion and ensures the details are remembered for many years to come.
